Last summer @GardaTraffic did a great job keeping the cycle lane outside Lidl on Cork st clear. Any chance you could step up enforcement here again. The black car was parked for 20+ minutes. #freethecyclelanes @dublincycling https://t.co/ammG7Ve0UA
