This happens all over the city. If you build a cycle lane with no parallel ped path then peds will walk on the cycle lane. Even if theres a ped path 4m away. On the N11 cycles can hit 45KPH, they don't need to meet peds. This is #VC19 infrastructure. #FreeTheCycleLanes https://t.co/yL7cIV2rzm
